How long will my order take?

Most personalised orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days after payment and confirmation of the embroidery details.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order one set for a new starter or uniforms for the full team.

What is included in the standard £110 individual price?

One scrub top and trouser set, with the staff member's name and clinic or practice name embroidered as standard. There are no setup fees. £110 is the individual and reorder price; clinic team orders start from £99 per personalised set.

Can you embroider our clinic logo?

Yes. Clinic logo embroidery is available as an additional option. We will review the artwork and confirm the price before production.

Can I reorder one set for a new starter?

Yes. Your embroidery details are kept on file, making future individual orders straightforward.

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes. Stitchwell supplies private dental practices and aesthetic clinics throughout the UK.

What should I do if someone is between sizes?

Compare the garment measurements with a scrub set they already wear comfortably. If the measurements fall between two sizes, choosing the larger size is usually the safer option.

Can the scrubs be washed at 60°C?

Yes. The styles are suitable for washing at 60°C.

What happens if the size is wrong?

Personalised items cannot normally be returned because of a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size. If Stitchwell supplies the wrong item, the garment is faulty or the embroidery does not match the confirmed details, we will correct or replace the item.
